When this homeowner first contacted me, her struggles were what paint colors would work best in her custom log home, as well as how to best arrange the furnishings with a large piano in the great room.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I could do with the piano, other than shift it a couple feet. I did choose two paint colors for these main areas, both from Benjamin Moore. The blue is “Wild Blue Yonder” and the green is “Aventurine”. While she did do all of her own shopping, I accompanied her to choose new lamp shades and picked out the photo frames to go in the foyer bookcases. I found her dining room rug while shopping for another project – we were on the hunt for weeks to find a 12′ rug for the dining room. I also selected the fabric to recover her dining chairs.
These updates were relatively simple, and my Client was patient while we found just the right things for her home.
