My name is Crystal Ortiz. I'm a local interior decorator for people who are ready to live the life they've always dreamed about, and have patiently waited to achieve. Most of my clients are recent or soon-to-be empty nesters who love wine, arts, charity, and travel. They've been successful in their careers and endeavors, but either aren't sure what to do to decorate their homes, or they just don't have the time or desire to think about all of the details. I have a great time helping these wonderful people make their homes as fabulous as they are, and creating magazine-worthy homes for them here in the Shenandoah Valley.

I Save my Clients...

Time - you won't be spending every weekend travelling all over the State looking for the perfect "thing". No sourcing on the Internet to only find out the items you ordered won't work. You won't have to find several tradesmen and hire them at different times, either. I'll bring in everyone we need to complete your project and coordinate all of their schedules. 

Money - the trade-only discounts I can get on products can easily offset the costs of hiring me to do the project. You'll get high-end design and probably spend less than if you'd done it yourself. This is a special service I offer to my Advanced & Premier level Clients.

Headaches - no stressing over making the wrong choices. No shipping items back when they didn't work out. No harassing your friends to help you move furniture around. You'll have a comprehensive design plan before we begin so you can "see the vision", and I'll handle the receiving of everything, storage, moving, and installation. Just let me in the door when I need access to the house, then go back to your life while it's all handled for you.

My clients love knowing upfront what the design fees will be and avoid surprises. I work within the budget that my clients establish to bring them the best designs possible. The choice is always left to the Client.

At this 2-hour meeting, I'm going to share lots of ideas as they develop. You'll know how I would handle your layout questions, color ideas, and improving the style & function for your space. Then we'll sit down and discuss all of these things together. You can either keep all of my notes and DIY at your own pace, or we can discuss signing a contract for me to handle every detail for you and complete the design of your dream spaces.
